An ideal Admission Counselor should:

Who are we looking for:

  1. Be results-driven and motivated to meet their KRAs/goals. A drive towards earning maximum incentives is a plus!
  2. Have a strong ability - and experience - to deal with rejections/failures.
  3. Have a learner’s mindset and an ability to think on their feet.
  4. Have a strong belief in the potential of an edtech product changing (impacting) a student’s life.
  5. Be open to critical and constructive feedback (given only when needed).
  6. Candidates with a “can’t do” attitude or a “negative approach” will not find our environment suitable.

Roles and responsibilities: Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

  1. Speak and engage with leads (potential students) generated through various marketing channels.
  2. You will need to make about 200-220 dials/calls per day.
  3. You shall ensure follow-ups with potential leads are done within a turnaround of 24 hours.
  4. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for updating Leadsquared(CRM) everyday.
  5. Coordinate and seek feedback on your calls from our Quality Assurance team. Adhering to the process and inputs suggested by them is important.
  6. Identify upselling opportunities with existing students who will benefit from our advanced programs. Additionally, you may also connect with them for referrals and
  7. Schedule and coordinate virtual sessions for prospective students
  8. Participate in team discussions on process improvements, brainstorming, and other sessions.
  9. Attend training and other sessions as recommended by your team or basis your needs.

Experience:

0.6 - 2 years.

Job Brief:

The Quality Analyst will be in charge of evaluating the efficiency of each Business development professional. Perform quality assurance checks on phone conversations. The analyst may provide measures to assist in determining the customer’s overall experience with the contact event.

Job Description:

  • Listen to and audit calls of sales and support reps in the ad sales domain.
  • Be familiar with the implementation and effective usage of different QC Tools, best practices, and procedures.
  • Quality Audits of Calls, Calibration Sessions, And Participate in Coaching Sessions wherever necessary.
  • Manage Process Performance on Call Quality. Meet Daily/Weekly/Monthly Assigned Number of Evaluations.
  • Participate in designing call monitoring formats and provide trend data to the management team.
  • Aligned to Each Process for Transactional Quality Improvement Initiatives.
  • Conduct Hygiene checks and Root cause analysis.
  • Ensuring Reporting Timelines Targets Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of call-taking reps. Identify and remedy defects within the production process.

Skills and Competency:

  • Minimum 1 Year of extensive experience in Quality Auditing/Quality Analyst
  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from a reputed institute
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Language: English, Hindi.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail.
